Goji and apple puree

Ingredients (for 4 people):

6 apples and/ or juice wasted apple
2 tablespoons goji berries Midzu
1 cinnamon stick
filtered water q.b.

Preparation:

Wash the apples and cut into small squares (if the apple is organic you can use the peel). You can also join the waste resulting from the preparation of apple juice in the Midzu slow juicer.
In a pan place the apple, the goji berries and cinnamon stick. Add water enough to cover the fruit. Cook over low heat until the apple is cooked.
Remove the cinnamon stick and mash with the hand blender.
Place in bowls and consume warm or cool.

It is easy to prepare and sugar-free. Also ideal for infants and children snacks.
