2 tablespoons chia seeds Midzu
2 tablespoons tukmaria seeds Midzu
1 tablespoon Incan berries Midzu
1 tablespoon organic cocoa beans Midzu
walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds q.b.
2 natural soy yogurts without added sugar
In a bowl, combine the yogurt (or yogurt prepared in Yogurt Midzu) and add the ingredients in the order listed.
Is energetic and is sweetened just with the grains of chocolate.
