Ingredients:
3/4 cups Midzu powder sweet potato
1 cup Midzu brown teff flour
1 cup spelt flour
1 cup whole spelt flour
2 diced ripe pears
2 cups Midzu coconut sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 lemon zest
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 1/2 cups water
3/4 cups Midzu coconut or olive oil
Method:
Combine all dry ingredients and mix in the wet ones with a whisk wire.
Pour into a greased pan sprinkled with flour and bake for about 40 min.
at 170ºC.
