Cocoa and Cashew Cookies

150ml Midzu coconut or olive oil
130g Midzu coconut sugar
80g powder Midzu cocoa
80g chopped Midzu raw cashews
125g kamur flour
100g Midzu purple corn flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Biovegan cornstarch diluted in a tbsp water
100ml filtered water with the Midzu filter
Blend oil and sugar together and add the rest of the ingredients mixing well. Mold balls and flatten them between your hands. Place the cookies on a greased pan, pierce them with a fork and bake for about 10 min at 150ºC.
