Gluten free spinach crêpes

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp ground flax soaked in 3 Tbsp warm water
a handful of raw chopped spinach
1 cup Midzu quinoa flour
a pinch salt
a dash of powder black pepper
a dash of powder Midzu turmeric
Midzu extra virgin olive oil as needed
Midzu seed mix to taste
Midzu oregano to taste

Method:
Blend all ingredients and pour in small portions onto a hot greased pan until cooked. Choose a filing, roll and serve hot or cold.
