Vegan raspberry icecream

Ingredients:
150g frozen raspberries
125g soy yogurt
1 Tbsp Midzu coconut sugar
Plamil organic extra dark chocolate shaves for decorating
Fresh red fruits for decorating

Method:

Prepare the yogurt in advance in the Midzu yogurt maker as instructed here: https://www.midzu.com/Product-113-Yogurt-Maker-EU-plug.html. Blend all ingredients, pour into a serving bowl, decorate and serve cool.
