Cinnamon and Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup spelt flour
1 cup kamut flour
powder cinnamon to taste
¾ cup Midzu oatmeal
1 cupcoconut sugar Midzu
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ cup coconut oil Midzu
1 ½ cup water
1 lemon (juice and zest)

 

 

Method:
With a wire whisk mix all dry ingredients and slowly add the liquid ingredients until smooth. Pour into a greased a pan sprinkled with flour and bake at about 170ºC for more or less 40 min.
Serve as is or with cocoa sauce.
