200g of tofu
1 medium onion
2 small carrots
2 cloves of garlic
fresh rosemary q.b
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Cut the tofu in cubes and season with garlic, rosemary and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
In a fryer with olive oil, sauté the onion and the carrot thin sliced. Add the tofu cubes along with the condiments. Cover and let cook for 5-10 minutes and, if necessary, add some water. In the end, add the remaining soy sauce.
Serve with brown rice or basmati.
