Sunday Roast



2 medium size onions
1 clove
4 carrots
2 turnips
5 medium size potatoes
1 savoy cabbage
1 cup caju nuts and almonds
1 cup with the following seeds: sesame, tukmaria, chia, pumpkin and sunflower
1/5 cup of water


1/5 cup olive oil
1/5 cup coriander
a pinch of salt and paprika


Put the seeds and nuts in a pan and toast, leave it aside.
Peel and wash the vegetables, slice them grossly and place them into a pyrex container. Add the water and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes.
For the sauce, chop the coriander finely and mix with the other ingredients in a bowl.
Take the roast from the oven and add the nuts, seeds and the sauce; mix all together and take it to the oven for 20 minutes more.
