6 yellow plums
cinnamon powder q.b.
Wash the fruit. If the fruit is organic you can use with the peel. Remove the cores and cut into small squares.
Turn on the slow juicer and put the fruit pieces. Push the fruits with the spiral propeller so as to maximize the extracting efficiency.
At the end add a pinch of cinnamon and mix.
Serve immediately so that the fruit does not oxidize and preserve their properties.
Tip: If you prefer you can use red plums or mix with other seasonal fruits.
For a cold drink, put the whole fruit in the fridge a few hours before preparing the juice.
